About Me

I started my career in travel, from doing a ABTA and Air Fares & Ticketing course, joining a national call centre and booking everything from a bargain in Benidorm to the splendour of the Seychelles and giving everyone the best customer service.

I moved up within the company and then to a new role in Luxury Travel and then recruitment for the Travel Industry.

After a downturn in business I found myself looking for a new path and started as a Senior Receptionist for a ERP supplier and again learning all I could, I moved on to various departments from Technical Support to Sales and Marketing. Here I looked after the diary for 20 consultants ensuring all their travel needs were met whilst working with the Sales Director, looking after SFDC, generating KPI reports and dashboards also assisting the Sales Team with their pipeline.

I joined a successful telemarketing company in 2018 as the PA to the Managing Director and Operations Director and this has again given me more experience in Office Management, HR, CRM, Administration and PA having done all 5 roles in the last 2 years for one company.

I have set up KLE Virtual where I can bring all my skills together into one great package, where not only will I get the job done, I will do it well.
